WebReport Pro (“we”) is operated by Brandon Kelly in Cottonwood, Arizona. This page explains what we collect when you use webreportpro.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions: devbrandon@icloud.com.

What we collect

• The website you scan. We store its address and the scan results so we can build your report.
• Public business information. When you confirm your business, we look up its public Google Maps and Apple Maps listing: name, address, phone, hours, rating, review count, and photo count. We also look up similar businesses nearby for the comparison in the full report.
• Your email address, if you give it to us: to email your results, to sign in, with a purchase, or with a repair request.
• What you write in a repair request, such as notes about what's broken.
• Payment details. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe shares limited details with us, such as your name, email, and the amount paid.

Cookies and analytics

We use a cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser remembers whether you chose light or dark mode. We measure visits and page speed with Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which count visits in aggregate without cookies. We don't use advertising trackers.

How we use it

To run scans and deliver reports, send the emails you asked for (results, sign-in links, “your report is ready”), process payments and refunds, answer repair requests, and prevent abuse. We don't sell your information, and we don't send marketing email you didn't ask for.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run WebReport Pro, and only what each one needs:

• Supabase: our database and sign-in
• Stripe: payments and refunds
• Resend: sending email
• Vercel: hosting and privacy-friendly analytics
• Google: the speed test (it receives the website address) and business listing data
• Apple: Apple Maps listing data

We may also share information if the law requires it.

Report links

Each report has a long, hard-to-guess link. Anyone you share that link with can view the report, so share it only with people you trust with it.

How long we keep it, and deleting it

We keep scans, reports, and your email until you ask us to delete them. Email devbrandon@icloud.com and we'll delete your information. We keep purchase records as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS, access to our database is restricted, and card payments go through Stripe. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Children

WebReport Pro is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
