Terms of service
Last updated September 28, 2026
These terms cover your use of webreportpro.com, operated by Brandon Kelly in Cottonwood, Arizona (“WebReport Pro”, “we”). By using the site you agree to them. Questions: devbrandon@icloud.com.
What WebReport Pro does
WebReport Pro runs automated checks on a website's public pages and, for some reports, looks up the business's public Google and Apple Maps listings. It turns the results into a grade and a list of suggested fixes. The free scan is free. Paid reports are one-time purchases at the price shown at checkout. There is no subscription.
Refunds
Not happy with your report? Email devbrandon@icloud.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We'll make it right faster.
Repair services
If you ask us to fix something, we'll tell you the price and what's included before any work starts. If we can't complete the work, we'll refund what you paid for it. For larger jobs we may refer you to an independent developer. Their work is between you and them, under their own terms.
What the reports are, and aren't
Reports describe what our checks found at the time of the scan. Websites, search results, and business listings change constantly, and data from Google and Apple can be incomplete. Reports are information and suggestions, not a guarantee of rankings, traffic, customers, or revenue. Before changing your website, make sure you have a backup.
Using the site fairly
Don't use WebReport Pro to overload or attack websites, get around usage limits, or copy the service. We may limit or block use that looks like abuse.
Liability
The site and reports are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona. See our privacy policy for how we handle your information.
